To offer our guests maximum flexibility, we have introduced a generous cancellation period. Our cancellation deadline is 5 days before arrival. However, for the following peak season periods, a 30-day cancellation notice applies: December 21, 2024 – January 5, 2025; February 18 – March 8, 2025; April 12 – April 27, 2025; and July 5 – August 23, 2025.

With this policy, our guests can book their well-deserved vacation in beautiful Stubai with peace of mind, knowing they can cancel in advance in case of unexpected events.

The Stubai Super Card is available free of charge from mid-May to the end of October and offers our guests numerous benefits and discounts throughout the region.
